The Spirit promised He
to all who to Him flee
and with Him filled, His kingdom build
with boldness and with power!
We'll watch the devil run
backed by this Holy One
His rule extend till all knees bend
This is salvation's hour!

Come on, then, all who hear
and serve Our Savior Dear
Hold nothing back, You'll nothing lack
He cares so for His own!
In this life you'll be blessed
and gain the heavenly rest
You'll join the throng in heavenly song
and fall before His throne!
